If Karen Baim Reagler or Ashley Naramore created your will or trust package, we make that process easier with our Client Care Program. For one low annual fee, we provide the access and information you need to routinely review and update your plan. Our Client Care Program includes:

• Reasonable phone calls and emails to your attorney.
• Annual one-hour meeting to review your estate plan
• Immediate access to your healthcare documents 24 hours a day, 365 days a year
• Access to other estate planning documents through online storage.
• Revisions of the designated trustee, personal representative, agent and/or guardian in your estate planning documents if the revisions are requested without a consultation with an attorney in our law firm.
• Revisions of your estate plan dealing with changes to individual beneficiary names or percentages if the revisions are requested without a consultation with an attorney in our law firm.
• A meeting with your designated family or friends upon your disability or death to explain your estate.
• Assistance with beneficiary designations
• Assistance with funding new assets to your trust.
