Wade Naramore was born and raised in Hot Springs. He graduated from Lakeside High School and attended Hendrix College in Conway, Arkansas. In 2002, he obtained a B.A. in Psychology and a B.A. in History from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. He then attended UALR School of Law and Graduated with his Juris Doctorate in 2005.
Wade began his legal career practicing real estate law with Wilson & Associates, PLLC in Little Rock, and eventually became the supervising attorney in the title and closing departments where he supervised a staff of over ten employees engaged in preparing and conducting residential, commercial and governmental real estate closings.
He later accepted a position with Dillard’s, Inc., where he was an Assistant General Counsel in their real estate department.
His duties with Dillard’s included acquisitions, dispositions, redevelopments, construction issues, property swaps, lease and sublease negotiations, casualty and condemnation matters, tax increment financing, demolition and reconstruction projects, license negotiations, location agreements for motion pictures, as well as an assortment of operating and maintenance issues.
Wade and his wife Ashley later decided to return to the Hot Springs/Hot Springs Village area to raise their family. He joined his father, Ron Naramore’s law firm as a partner and later became a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for the 18th East Judicial District. Wade was subsequently elected as a Circuit Judge and served in that role for six years, presiding over more than 7,500 cases. His docket focused on Juvenile, Domestic Relations and Probate matters.
Wade joined Baim Reagler & Naramore, PLLC in January of 2021, bringing with him a diverse legal background with significant probate experience. His practice focuses on Estate Planning and Probate Litigation, including the areas of Wills, Estates, Trusts, Guardianships, Probate and Trust Administration/Litigation, Ancillary Probate Administration, Real Estate, Business Formation and Succession Planning and Prenuptial Agreements.
Wade has always strived to provide high quality legal advice to his clients and, during his time as a Circuit Judge, fair, impartial and well-reasoned decisions to all. He aims to deliver his clients the highest ethical standards in the practice of law. When not working, Wade enjoys spending time with his family, reading, fishing and volunteering with various local organizations to make Garland County a better place.
