Karen Baim Reagler
Hot Springs and Hot Springs Village Estate Planning and Elder Law Attorney

Karen Baim Reagler hails from Pine Bluff, Arkansas. After graduating salutatorian from Pine Bluff High School, she ventured east to Duke University in Durham, North Carolina. She graduated in 1994 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Religion and a certificate in Judaic Studies. She immediately moved to St. Louis, Missouri and began her studies at Washington University. Karen graduated in 1997 with her Juris Doctorate (law degree) and a Masters of Arts in Near Eastern Studies.
Karen stayed in Missouri as a clerk to Judge Stephen N. Limbaugh, Jr. of the Missouri Supreme Court. She then returned to Arkansas and drove to Memphis for 3.5 years to work with the law firm of Evans and Petree. Karen later abandoned the commute and worked with the First National Bank of Wynne, in Wynne, Arkansas, as a trust officer and bank counsel for 4 years.
The Reaglers moved to Hot Springs, Arkansas in 2006 and Karen joined the Baim Law Firm, a law firm started by her grandfather and continued by her father. Deciding that she could better serve her clients with more knowledge, Karen earned her Masters of Laws in Elder Law and Estate planning in 2010 from Western New England University School of Law. In 2015, Karen and Ashley Naramore branched off and started Baim Reagler & Naramore, PLLC. They focused their law practice in estate planning including wills, trusts, guardianships, business formation, probate, and estate administration.
Karen believes that taking care of the client takes care of everyone. Doing the right thing and “taking the high road” (to quote her father, Kenneth B. Baim) is the only way to practice law. Every day she works to make the world better by helping her clients.
When not working, Karen shifts her focus to her husband, four teenagers, three dogs, and fourteen chickens. She enjoys baking, reading, Weldon’s chocolate pies, and exploring Hot Springs and its wonderful offerings. In her remaining time, Karen serves on the board of the Leo N. Levi Hospital.
